Five Below — Local services in Goodyear

This is the most Amazing thing I've been through in a long time. I had brought My husband to check it out because he was new and this was his first time in the store and omg he had to Stop our sale at 200.00 but we easily could've done 300.00, as we were in awwww at all the things that We we're finding that we just had to have, but sadly about 6 of the t shirts that I had purchased were to small or just fit terrible,so I returned them to the store and was greeted by the manager Michelle who was the nicest person I was blessed with the opportunity to get to meet, But as I was filling out there jobs fair thing she talked to me about the job they were going to be offering and I will have to just cut this review short but let's just say that I was asked to come in the next day and as of the 17th I am now employed as a WOW crew member and it's a good place to work. Hello world, I like to share a outstanding customer service experience I had today at store #3018. So right away walking into the store the Welcome in was so welcoming to me. Then further going into the store right away I was helped by Customer Service worker’s names “Samantha and Alex” Thank you guys so much for helping me find exactly what I needed today. These two went way beyond helping me, the attitude and energy plus vibes of positive were all there. We all know finding customer service in places are not easy to come across. I swear if you guys want to feel welcome and just great to be customer when shopping I recommend here to go. To these two “Customer Service” I recommend a Raise That how appreciate I feel. i love five below but the employee marcella was rude and seemed as if she didn’t want to work when help was needed. i went to the wrong register where it was “card only” and i needed to pay cash. i touched the need help on the screen and i know they got notified and instead of her coming to help me she ignored the fact i needed help until i walked up to her and asked for her assistance. i had already scanned all of my items and was ready to pay until i seen it only accepted card. instead of her just printing off the receipt and allowing me to go to a different register she voided the whole transaction and had me ring up every item all over again. her customer service is horrible and needs to...
