Did not have a good day at all. Was so excited Wanted to go shopping for vacation. Just got off of work at dennys right next door. Lines are as long as usual, always. Only 2 people at the registers. Don't get the clothes I need. I'm already in there for almost 30 minutes. Go to the dress room woman at the dress room Asked her where to put my cart? Can you tell me where to put it after I Try my clothes on I come back out the cart is gone wasn't even in there That long, maybe 10 minutes. I had a pair of shoes only had them in that one size and dove soap skirt in lotion. Went to the front desk talk to the manager. She told me to look around on carts and see if anybody took it, then after I did all that, we couldn't find it.Of course we wasn't going to find it because whoever took the cart could have took the items out of the cart . So she said I could go to back and check the cameras. When I tell you it took 5 minutes She comes back and literally tells me, basically they don't have cameras in that area to where they cant see where my cart is when I tell you I was so mad inferious, I'm not going back to ross again. And this is the only closest Ross next to my house. I'll just be going to burlatin didn't even offer me any discount. Just for the wate of the time and knowing that I just got off of work and the security guy up there, he knows me even said, hey, they're go are number one customer.Well not anymore ps y'all really do need more...
Read moreBased upon my many previous experiences with Ross, I have not invested my monies in a Ross store for over 10 years. As a last resort, I decided to visit this Goodyear store, and customary to their standard customer service level — they stink even more so than I can remember. The store is in complete disarray. Employees walking here and there, yet not one is picking up, and putting away items on floor, shows are separated and mismatched. Found a pair that I’d like to fork out my hard-earned monies for, and was told by Loss Prevention employees, it’s not their job to find items and pair shoes — meaning, it’s not their job to help me! The store funnels customers (approx 30+), who are ready and able to part their monies, in a snake line, with only 2 cashier stations opened. WTH! This shopping trip reminds vividly how my choice of where I spend my money is important, to my peace of mind, personal satisfaction, and value for my money. Shopping inside a Ross eerily reminds me of attempting to shop in a communist, dictatorship environment. The employees behave as though they are doing me a favor, not the other way around. There is zero valuing of customers, and absolutely zero customer service. What country is this in which I am living?! This is not the way shopping used to be. It used to be a personal pleasure for me to want to spend my money, and lots...
Read moreYounger Hispanic girl who is short and skinny at the returns/exchanges cashier is rude. I stand in line at the return/exchange line and she goes "I will take you after I finish this purchase". SIKE! She didn't stick to what she literally just said and takes the NEXT PURCHASE. Then she takes me after I had to wait for 2 purchases. Don't lie to your customers and say, "I'll be right with you" when you are not. The manager, white female with glasses in her 30's is the absolute worst. One of the cashiers scanned an item TWICE and I only noticed it on my receipt until I got home. So I had to drive back to Ross to get my money back for being charged TWICE for one item that I bought. The manager rudely yells at me, "FrOm HeRe On OuT yOu HaVe To Go tO tHe RoSs YoU oRiGiNaLlY wEnT tO". Talk about lack of professionalism and customer service. That is NOT how you are supposedly to talk to and treat your customers. How is it my fault that one of the Ross cashiers made a mistake?? Please tell me. I'd like to know. Save yourself the grief and shop at...
