MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Goodyear

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and Honestly worst experience I’ve ever had here. Stood there with my family for damn near 10 minutes. No one said hello when we came in which was fine. One guy was finishing with his current customer while the other girl was processing takeout orders. 8 minutes later we think we finally get to place our order. But no another girl brings two more take out orders and now the two girls are making 5 take out orders. Dude finally finishes with his current customer and now we think it’s time to order. But no we now are standing there watching 3 employees making take out orders for 10 minutes and not one word was ever spoken to me nor my family we were completely ignored for 10 minutes and finally when I said f this were leaving these incompetent employees clearly don’t know how to greet customers and take orders in a timely manner. Then these three idiots just look at my family and I in amazement like they didn’t even know how to process what happened. Even worse part the manager just stood there looking just as stupid as the employees. The owner of this establishment definitely should re think who’s working there because I wasn’t the first customer to walk out when I was there. Hopefully this issue gets...

I LOVE ModPizza. This location was fantastic. The best yet, and I live on the East Coast. Location #130... wow, just WOW. Such a friendly staff. They worked well with each other. They were all doing something, and when not busy, they were cleaning...and HAPPY !!! I am on Keto, this was a cheat meal.... your not suppose to cheat on Keto... I'm here for a week.. I MUST visit this location again. I see a few more cheat meals in my future, lmao. I am usually happy at ModPizza due to the excellent food.....this location had it all !!! Great job to who the manager was at 5:12pm 3/24/19, GREAT JOB !!!

PS- such a great experience, I had a smile on my face the whole time. Watching the happy staff, and the happy customers....I didn't think to take a picture of my food until after it...

We used to love MOD Pizza, but we're just not loving it so much any more. They have gotten pretty stingy with the toppings, and they have a bit of an attitude if you kindly ask for more cheese or anything else.

We took our niece from out of town last week, and I was doing a 1/2 & 1/2 to share with my 7yo daughter. The girl making our pizza was very sloppy about keeping the two halves separate.

My niece loved it through, and wanted to go back again. On the second visit, we had to ask for our pizza to be thrown back into the oven for a few more minutes, as they pulled it too early, and they weren't even busy.

I want to love MOD, but Pieology is starting to look...
