One hour before closing we placed our order and once our order came it was incorrect. We asked for our correct order and Vania gave my wife an attitude blaming us for the incorrect order. The manager, Ashlie came around explaining the order at this point nothing was getting done. The manager took the order around to the serving area while at the same time picking at the bowel and tossing the food back to the larger bowel knowing that the food was at our table and multiple hands had touch that food. At this point I went up to the manager and told her she just cross contaminated the food, if I would of not said anything to her, Panda Express was at risk of getting someone sick. I requested to get the district manager phone number and waited patiently for about 5-10 minutes just for a number while my food was getting cold. I do not recommend this Panda Express unless you want rude, bad attitude, and want to get sick, because if this is what they do in front of paid customers what don't they do when were not looking.

Read moreI live in North Phoenix, so typically I'm not in this area. However, my typical experience is usually subpar. Normally, I get a plate and at least one of the items is lacking in some way, the tables aren't very clean, etc. Please note: I've eaten at MANY Panda Express locations across several states and had very similar experiences. This time, however, everything was absolutely perfect. The attitudes of the employees working were very apathetic, so I expected my standard dining experience. I don't blame them though, It's not like they're having the time of their lives working at a fast food place so I would never really subtract points for that. And yet, all that being said, the dining area was spotless, all of my food was fresh and far better than usual, (pretty sure I was given a larger scoop than any location I've been to) and I did receive excellent and speedy service.
TLDR; This is the best Panda Express experience I've ever had, like I've just tasted the way it was meant to be tasted for the first time. 10/10, would drive 45 minutes just to eat at this...
Read moreFor reference, I have gone both today and yesterday and was disappointed in the service and the quality both times. Yesterday at around 12:30 I had gotten a meal for a friend of mine and there was no chow mein prepared or either of the entrées that my friend who wanted, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for everything to come out again at 1 o'clock for a meal for myself and was told there was no chow mein again and either of the entrées I wanted was told I would have to wait another 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I was finally able to get my food, and when I asked the manager, if she could compensate me or give me any kind of discount, she only offered me a drink and when I asked if I could get one of their specialty or lemonades, she told me it would have to be a fountain drink. Really disappointing, knowing that that is not prepared Seems like they need money more than I do forget a discount.
