My company sends sympathy floral arrangements when an employee's relative passes away. Because we are based in Georgia, ordering flowers online always feels like a bit of a trust fall; we don't usually see the end product to know for certain the arrangement looked as expected.

For a recent funeral in the Goshen area, we chose Wooden Wagon for our floral delivery. Their prices are standard for the industry, $70-$100 for a sympathy bouquet, plus $12-$15 for delivery. I would not say they are priced competitively nor would I say they are exorbitant; it was what I expected for arrangement of the size and style selected.

A funeral attendee sent me a photo of our arrangement at the visitation. I was happy to see no errors or typos on the attached memo card! (A common experience with florists sadly.) I highly recommend them. I had used the same florist for years and they had to cancel my order to a truck breaking down. I was told. I called Wooden Wagon at 8AM sharp and the lady answered the phone was so sweet and very understanding my situation and she said she would take care of me. The arrangement arrived at 10.30 am on the busiest day of the year YES it was on Valentines Day. My wife cried the arrangement was so BEAUTIFUL. They saved the day. I will never ever order flowers anywhere else again. They are wonderful. Thank you so much for saving our day. I was so frustrated with a online florist. They didn't deliver my flowers on the day I needed them delivered. I called the Wooden Wagon out of total desperation. The lady that answered th phone was so polite. I called them at 1:15 in the afternoon and asked if flowers could be delivered by 2:30. The flowers arrived at a little after 2:00 the same day and they were beautiful. Thank you so much for coming through in my time of need. There is not a rating high enough for this business.
