Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Goshen

Whatever you do, do NOT for the love of all that's holy or unholy, for that matter, place an on-line order to be picked up at the Main Street Papa John's. I tried to add a small Mountain Dew to the order and the total went from $9 something to $16. something. When I complained, I got glares, huffs and general disagreeableness. As if "I mean come on, lady, it's only a $7 soda!" The "manager" then informed me that because I had apparently had the gall to order my pizza on-line and then the even bigger gall to add a soda, I had LOST the on-line discount. I'm sorry, what? The manager wanted to give me a $5 coupon. Mind you, I'm still out $7. I said no. By now, I'm glad I have my pizza box because, had I not, I'm sure it would have been full of spitballs. After punching several hundred buttons on their computer, it's decided that I have to re-produce my debit card amid assurances that the incorrect $16 charge will be credited to my account. Wouldn't that have been nice...had that actually occurred. Today when I called the first thing they said was "can you call back from a non-private number?" Wow. Great security. I only wish your service was as top-notch. I have to wait 2-3 days for the credit o appear on my account. In other words, I'm never ever ordering or going to Papa John's...

READ THE REVIEWS!! 1.5 STARS ON YELP! 3.5 ON GOOGLE!! Every time I go into this business to pick up my pizza, employees are outside smoking or inside fooling around. This place is dirty, they don’t use gloves when making pizza. The store manager is “Chris” well Chris is a failure. If this is a franchise, franchise owner is a failure. We don’t want you in our neighborhood. This Papa John’s belongs in the slums, based on the service and the quality of pizzas they serve to paying customers. PIZZA HUT & LITTLE CEASARS BEAT THEM BY MILES!! The staff is very careless and low class here. I wouldn’t order pizza here, or recommend it. If any restaurant was to close during the pandemic, this one should’ve. I saw the employees pushing a huge cart outside, stacked with white trays, and asked them what they were doing, they said they were taking it to the trash, those trays were pizza dough trays, you think they washed them afterwards, I’d bet you they didn’t. Disgusting, low class, place. If you get sick, you’ll know why. STOP SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS! ITS BETTER PIZZA AND BETTER QUALITY IN THIS AREA, THIS PLACE DOESNT FIT WHAT GOSHEN STANDS FOR! Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread last night. The order was semi correct but the food was poor quality and looked thrown together and all around anemic. We didn't get garlic sauce with our pizza, we got one very tiny ( like half an inch long )dried out , wrinkled peperocini pepper in our box. The pizza ,and cheesy bread crusts were VERY thin ,which we didnt order,either thin, there was maybe 1/4 of the regular amount of sauce on the pizza ,and barley any cheese or toppings too. Both were cold,old looking and fairly dried out even though it took maybe half an hour for them to make,and deliver. ( If it was even fresh.) The banana peppers on the pizza,were also very,very thin,old looking and dried out. They also gave us a season packet for our pizza that we didnt order. I don't know if we got someone elses day old looking order they never picked up,or if the employees are really this lazy and hateful towards paying customers. From other reviews Im seeing it may be lazyness,pettiness, and just being plain dirty.
