I went to dd ās location by southland mall & I waited in the line for more than 15 minutes. Two of your managers were standing in the front, not doing anything but chitchatting and talking while the line kept getting longer. Many Customers were upset about the waiting time, and the two managers continued to laugh while talking about how Is it really an emergency when the line gets longer, āOh My God someone please call for helpā They were making fun of the way customers complain while waiting in line. I think this is unnecessary comments specially coming from someone who has to manage the traffic of a store. I think it is unprofessional to make fun of customers. It is extremely rude. Since I walked in the store, I was racially profiled. I was being watched by the same manager that made all those comments I saw her name tag, and it said Gloria. My 82-year-old grandmother felt bad and threw up security. She was attentive but the customer service staff only brought a roll of paper and a knock with a mixed liquid that they didn't even know what it was for us to clean the vomit. I don't understand that a store doesn't have cleaning staff for cases like this. A person is not supposed to vomit for pleasure.
