dd's DISCOUNTS — Local services in Goulds

I went to dd ‘s location by southland mall & I waited in the line for more than 15 minutes. Two of your managers were standing in the front, not doing anything but chitchatting and talking while the line kept getting longer. Many Customers were upset about the waiting time, and the two managers continued to laugh while talking about how Is it really an emergency when the line gets longer, “Oh My God someone please call for help” They were making fun of the way customers complain while waiting in line. I think this is unnecessary comments specially coming from someone who has to manage the traffic of a store. I think it is unprofessional to make fun of customers. It is extremely rude. Since I walked in the store, I was racially profiled. I was being watched by the same manager that made all those comments I saw her name tag, and it said Gloria. I have shopped here several times and I’m always being watched like a criminal. I think it’s unfair because I bring money into many businesses not only this business. I was shopping sometime between 10:30 AM till possibly 11:30 AM. This incident...

This is the third time this happen when I went to the store and I’m a black women and they put security guards to follow me like I’m gonna steal something and I feel very discriminated just because I’m black every time I go with my kids and me, they put security guards to follow me and the black cashier lady that I think is the supervisor of the store I bought some Christmas decorations and I asked her for a bag to put them in and she said with attitude “if I had a bag, I would’ve put the stuff in there” and they never ever have large bags! and this is not the first time that she been disrespectful to me she’s the one that always send the security guards to follow me soon as I go inside the store even my own kids be asking me mom why is the security guard always so close to us and keep on following us inside the store they be acting like they putting stuff away but they put the stuff away close to us and to nobody else! I am very disappointed with the customer service of that store, I never thought it was like that and I have visited it repeatedly! Today I visited the store. My 82-year-old grandmother felt bad and threw up security. She was attentive but the customer service staff only brought a roll of paper and a knock with a mixed liquid that they didn't even know what it was for us to clean the vomit. I don't understand that a store doesn't have cleaning staff for cases like this. A person is not supposed to vomit for pleasure. I don't think that and the person who vomits has the strength feeling bad about cleaning afterwards.
