I, personally, haven’t had the opportunity to shop this store’s diamond and jewelry collections as of yet. But I have had a Really pleasant customer service experience that I’d like to compliment them on!

I visited this store a little while ago to do a delivery, and the gentleman that was closing out the store who accepted the delivery was So friendly, welcoming, and kind! And the store is So lovely, “sparkly,” (hehe) and elegant! It has a wonderful, luxurious feel to it and great style. This business puts other jewelry stores to absolute shame. I mean that very literally, other jewelry stores especially the big ones should be ashamed at the way they do business. Diamonds on Demers really cares about making their clients absolutely happy especially on their life milestones, I will never buy jewelry from anyone ever again except them. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, they made the process not only easy but incredibly enjoyable as well, they do everything they absolutely can to make sure you get exactly what you want. My now fiancé and I went all over town to find a ring that was both beautiful and reasonably priced. When we walked in we knew absolutely nothing about diamonds or the process but we walked out knowing everything. We worked with the owner and he was very passionate about helping his clients find exactly what they want and working within the budget.
