Lotus Yoga — Local services in Grand Forks

Went for the first time to a Hot Yoga Sculpt class. I thought I was going to die, it was amazing.

Went from yoga to HITT. Great music, really encouraging instructor, and just an all around positive atmosphere. Dim, hot room to allow you to sweat and work in peace. Just fantastic!

I am less than a beginner. Like, obese with back, knee, and temporary lung issues, but the modified moves let me do what I could. The instructor was that perfect blend of encouraging and happy-mean while dropping just enough praise to keep you going.

Will go back.

Cubbies to stash your things, water cooler, candy, tea, and fruit was available. Mats, towels, weights, blankets provided. Every single person there was happy to be there.
