They refused to exchange a recently purchased shirt where the seam was falling apart on the sleeve. There was an opening on the sleeve seam about 2 inches long where the stitching failed after owning the shirt for three weeks. It was a full priced item, not clearance. It costs almost $50. I was shocked that they would not stand behind their merchandise when it was clearly a manufacturing defect. I love their clothes and always have however the size selection as well as the staff working today were very lack luster. One employee as we walked by asked us if we needed any help while she was lying down across the counter. The situation didn't get better at check out when one person was trying to make change while the other rooted around trying to find change. When they didn't have proper coin they then asked me to find the appropriate change myself in my purse....
