MACkite — Local services in Grand Haven

I was attending the kite fest last Sunday and was told about Mac's. I went in looking for a 2 line kite just to be curious. Ethan came up to me and started explaining the kite options. Ethan asked about my skill level and recommended an air foil kite. I decided on the kite and started talking to Lynn. I was concerned that I was going to break it first time out as I never flew a two line kite before. Lynn calmed my fears and explained everything I needed to know about my first flight. When I reached the beach, I was flying in a matter of minutes. Ethan and Lynn did an awesome job of educating me. Prices are also in line with online prices.

I had a ton of fun flying because two people took the time to share their love of kites. Just a few minutes of their time made my day.

We had an Amazing time at MacKite! Collin was so helpful and engaged with all of the customers in the store. He was great at making suggestions and was knowledgeable on all of the toys and games. I heard a lady describe a game with three words and he grabbed it from a shelf immediately. My daughter found a game that looked fun and he just pulled it out for her to play with. They had plenty of toys and games to test out. We tested out a block building game and ended up buying it. She has been playing it with us all week and I will be buying another box soon to give to her classroom. We also got some great sensory toys. When I called MACkite, a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man name ETHAN helped me purchase a gift certificate. When he asked me for my home address to he could mail it, I told him that there wasn't enough time for the mail to get to Alabama and then back to Grand Haven for my granddaughter's birthday, so I asked if he could mail it to my son, and gave him the address.
