Wild Bill's Tobacco — Local services in Grand Haven

So far my experience has not been so great. I brought in a device that I seemed to be having trouble with right off the bat. Reluctantly they exchanged it....with an already open and played with device that they had on display. Shortly after using it a couple times, It no longer "hit" I got an error message saying "check automizer" every time I hit the fire button (I think that's what it's called" I called in right away, and the woman who exchanged the device, said since she already exchanged it, she couldn't do it again, but i could stop in on Monday, and talk to her boss. I mentioned the fact that she exchanged mine with an already opened and handled device, and she justsaid "oooh, yeaaa" and repeated that I could come in on monday....update...I went in this morning, and spoke with the manager. I learned a couple things about certain devices, and was given the option to choose a new device based on my preferences. I was happy that she took the time to listen, and talk to me about...

We had originally started out going to the Muskegon location around November (we live in N. Muskegon.) We had thought that the employees were ok and that they seemed knowledgeable on the products but then we met this amazing employee named Noah. He is extremely knowledgeable on anything and everything. He is always rushing up to assist any and every customer that comes in he is always polite and he is always willing to answer any question. My husband has extreme health issues and Noah is always thinking of new or different glass/wood/paper/leaf options to try out. Because of his knowledge, compassion and expertise when we found out he had moved locations we also moved locations. My husband and I are very thankful that there is an employee who actually cares about their customers. (That's hard to find these days.) I wish there were more people in your stores like him. I recently visited this tobacco store and it’s become my go to shop!! I had an exceptional experience thanks to the amazing staff. Amanda, Nick, Destinee, and Jacob were all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and made excellent recommendations. The store was well-organized and had a great selection of products. The friendly and professional service provided by the employees especially Amanda and Jacob really made my visit enjoyable.
