I usually go here when my regular girl is super busy and can’t get in when I need them. I will never return. I did a walk in and was taken in right away. As more customers enter since it’s only one girl doing acrylics she started rushing me through my service. First of all I asked for shellac she gives me dipping powder I thought fine whatever I’ll take it. I picked a pink glitter and got purple. She put a squirt of lotion on top of my hands an smeared it with one finger. Puts my nails back into the black light with so much lotion on my hands. I had to pull them out and wiped them off from all the residue of the acrylic drilling. She was so sloppy didn’t size my nails right or buff them right gave me a swipe on each hand . I’m so disappointed and still paid full price because I have respect for good work but I can tell you rushing a full set of acrylics takes time you did mine in 30 min and didn’t file them on the bottom they are so sharp and thick your work was...

I sat in the chair for an hour n a half with one lady doing nails. She didn’t speak to me a single time.

The water was cold by the time she started on my nails, she cut several of my toes, I went in yesterday and several of my toes are sore today. She was super aggressive and didn’t even ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. I got to pay and they say it’s $35 bc the shellac polish is $7 extra. I wasn’t given a choice of any other kind of polish. I have polish all over my toes, dry skin she didn’t even bother to file half of my foot. And my pinky toe is a jagged sharp razor.

I paid for the service but I’ll never go back. The salon was filthy and their idea of cleaning was sticking the tools in the water my feet had been soaking in for almost 2 hours. Then she proceeded to pick those tools up and move onto the next person. With the same file she’d used on 3 people before me with the same head on it. I’m debating on calling my doctor...

The only reason I’m rating them a 1 Star is because my nails actually did look good even though it’s not what I asked for. The staff were extremely argumentative about everything. Even though I sat patiently and waited over an hour. I asked for stiletto shape, that started a whole conversation in their language that lasted about 3 mins. I asked for my nails to be cut down, again another long conversation. I asked for a color powder, again another conversation. I know that they were discussing me bc of the English words that were used and each one were looking towards me. They would not do anything I asked even though they were simple instructions (something I get ALL of the time). I was the only client that was treated that way.
