I was originally helped by an associate who told me I could pick up my tuxedo within 72 hours so if something didn't fit I could get it exchanged. When I went to pick it up it wasn't there. I never received any communication on when it was there. I had to call over and over until i figured it out. once I was able to try it the jackets for myself and my son we found the jackets were too small for me and too large for him. I was told by no less than 3 associates that I could have our jackets overnighted if they didn't fit. On this day the manager Kristi didn't focus on what she could do. rather she only focused on what she couldn't do. she kept complaining to me about the weather, FedEx and how they are incompetent and she kept throwing her other associates under the bus. She gave me a small discount and assured me she would order new jackets. I asked for her to contact me personally when they were ordered. She never ordered them and never contacted me. I did my 20th anniversary / Renewal of Vows with the wrong size jacket which is immortalized in all of my pictures now. Upon return of our jackets, a shift manager, Braden, was horrified by my experience and focused on what he could do. He was calm, didn't talk bad about other associates and didn't talk to the computer like Kristi did (she spent a long time arguing with the computer out loud in front of me and my son) While nothing can make this right as my pictures are forever this way, he did refund me a significant amount which is what was in his control. At this point I wouldn't refer anyone in there for your rentals ever. I would refer people in there to buy outfits in stock...
Read moreOf the two times that I have been to this store, I've left both times with a sour taste in my mouth. So apparently when you walk into a store they don't care who you are, if you have an appointment, the women I had today made me feel like I was in a woman's store looking for a suit. They told me to sign in on their kiosk and wait. Being number 1 in line and being as I had a 5 pm appointment, I thought I'd be out fitted and appointed. But it took all of every workers attention for them ti help the one guy in the store who probably didn't have an appointment and hadn't set it up 3 weeks in advance. So having walked round the whole store looking at fabrics and the such, still not so much as a how may I help you, what's your name, or do you have an appointment. They continued to help the one guy and the woman he was with. Customer service? I think not, having been a member of Mens Warehouse for a number of years and having visited many of their stores around the US, I must say this was a horrible day for this veteran who made the mistake of making an appointment. At the end of the visit my brother told her we had an appointment, her response was we didn't know you had an appointment. When I walked in, I got attitude and sighs. Not a single question was...
Read moreIf you go to this store and you want good customer service go there already dressed in a shirt and a tie. I work with a shirt and tie every day and have bought a couple of suits from them. Not all of their employees are this way but most act pretty condescending. If you dress in a shirt and tie they will be vary confident but treat you very well. On my day off I went in there and an employee took one look at me in my carhartt jeans and told another employee to keep doing inventory we could wait to be helped. then after we just stood there she rolled her eyes and came to help me. I could read her attitude and acted like I hadn't ever been in a store like that before. She immediately took me to the clearance section and asked me if I knew what size I was, I told her I didn't. She gave me a jacket and said try this. With one arm through I could tell I didn't like the fit and took it off. She argued with me and said I didn't even put it on. So to make the point I put it all the way on and sure enough it felt way to tight on the shoulders and felt a little to short for what I like. I told her I didn't like it and she rolled her eyes again and said "I'm going to go get someone else to assist you". So that is the last time I step foot...
