I don’t think we like this restaurant anymore! We've been coming to this restaurant for years, and we've always thought that the waiters and managers there were very friendly, until today I realized that not everyone is friendly. We always give good tips and thank the restaurant for their service. But this time the front desk manager at the restaurant was really rude! Because my kid broke the plastic card on their dining table. And that's the kind of plastic decca the beverage company gives to the restaurant for free. We were warned that we would have to pay for the bad attitude, even we have made a apology to the waiter at the first moment. He's still a bully! And warn my husband that we need to pay for this free decca! Later, I went to tell him that we would like to pay for the damaged plastic card if they need. but I needed the compensation standard of the price of this thing. He gave me the name of open food and asked me to pay for it. Seriously, You call this broken plastic open food? When I told him to give me the actual price, I would pay, no matter how much! He couldn't give it to me, so he became angry and even accused us of being unqualified parents and that we were indulging our children to do this! My child is an autistic child. Most of the time, he is very nice boy, expect he doesn’t talk with anyone. but he has very little control over his own behavior. We are constantly educating him on how to control himself. For a normal child, it's easy to understand why he can't do it, but it's hard for him to understand why he can't. We've apologized and even suggested how to prevent this from happening if we go to dinner again. But the manager kept threatening me to promise the kid would never touch and broke anything again! He's just too aggressive, and although my kid has never broken anything other things except this poor plastic card. no restaurant can have such overbearing terms, okay? If your restaurant is not child-friendly, please post it directly on your door and tell everyone that families with children are not welcome to eat! I'm really disappointed ! Living town many years, I have never been so disappointed by a restaurant! I don't expect you to understand how difficult it is for parents of autistic children, just correct your attitude! We pay to eat, not to be blamed! I never want to see such a hateful person in my life! Otherwise, food served in good,...
Read more4/3/25 - I decided to give this this place a try even though I had already read their reviews. Whelp, I should have listened to the reviews. I regularly leave restaurant reviews, so I often want to gather my own opinion. The reviews are correct. The food selection is "okay" at best. They do not have beef with broccoli, and I thought that was a staple at all buffets. The only meat selction that was beef was some type of spicy beef dish that was spicy but had no flavor. The chicken with broccoli was good, but not great. The wonton soup was bland and lacked flavor. The spring rolls were soggy and cold. I should have brought a thermometer because I dont think their food was within the food safe range. They have an entire buffet station with American food, but I didnt pay $21+ for pizza and mac and cheese. I expected there to be a bigger selection and more options. Don't expect eat crab legs, just like the reviews say, there are crab leg hoarders. Everytime they bring out a fresh batch of 5-6 clusters, someone comes along and piles up their plate. I watched a couple tag team the crab legs several times during my visit. What was even worse was they were making it a point to grab the clusters that were still in tact, pulled off the legs, and left the main meat to be thrown away. What a waste... none the less, I don't live here, so there is no need to return. It's not bad, but not worth the money in my opinion. This was a scenario where I should have listened to the reviews. The people that rate this place with 5 stars must not have taste buds or are the crab legs hoarders that sat...
Read moreI truly love an all you can eat experience and the price for this is truly amazing. Then the food is constantly being regulated and swapped out to always keep it at great quality. Tasty food that you would actually want to eat all you can of. I appreciate the staff and they are hard working, very friendly too. I also enjoy that you can drink wine here. It is a great inexpensive place to wine, dine and relax. Food from almost every country. Some parts may not always be there, but they do have a lot of differing cultures of cuisines. I think it can be a bit adventurous to eat Chinese food, next to Italian, or American food styles and then have all the ice cream you want after. I eat so much when I come here I can barely leave my seat after. I wish I had an international buffet in my house that I could eat at all the time. This is a very decent experience and one of the better restaurants in the Grand Junction area. I highly recommend, that if you want to eat all you can on a budget, this is the restaurant for you because all you can eat means all...
