I must edit my review. The manager reached out to me and apologized for the failure to answer the phone. Said it was because they have been very busy and some employees had quit so they were short handed. I still think that answering the phone or listening to messages is important as they probably lost some business by not responding. However, he was most helpful and actually delivered my order to my mother after business hours. I so appreciated that, as she is quite elderly and getting out is very difficult for her and not safe in the winter.

Halfway through my sandwich i found a hair inside of my sandwich confronted the manager about the hair and he didnt care about it and acused it of being my hair . saying the guy who fixed my sandwich has shorter hair than me.the hair in my food is longer and a different color than my hair . why would i put a hair in my meal when im hungry and didnt even get to finish it . manager continued to be rude and get an attitude with me as im getting my refund which he didnt want to give me . to top it off manager walks in from out side doesnt wash his hand or wearing a mask and gets behind the counter and going into the back food preparation area. Do not goto this buisness they dont care about their food...

This place has been a favorite of mine for the classic ham sandwich for lunch for years. Never a wait and friendly service. I stopped in last week, ordered and received my sandwich and went home to enjoy. Well...one slice of ham and served on a hamburger bun instead of the usual croissant, what a disappointment! Couldn't even taste the ham mainly because there really wasn't any ham. Tried to call twice to let them know my dissatisfaction only to go to voicemail. Sorry...
