About a week ago, I called Bryan to ask about a problem with my car. He was very honest about the issue, even showing me what was wrong, and gave me a very fair price that you probably can't get anywhere else in the Lansing area. Since I had no one to drop me off and pick me up, I waited in the office. He was able to fix the CV axle and hub and bearing in about 3 hours, plus he had three auto parts shops deliver the parts to him in less than 20 minutes.

Today, my engine light came back on due to an issue with the EVAP system. I realized I had been scammed by an auto shop in Ohio, so I called Bryan without consulting any other shops. Despite his busy schedule, he was able to fit me in because my car situation was urgent. He got it fixed, and I was in and out in about an hour. I'm so glad I found an auto shop I can trust!

Scrib's went above and beyond on my Honda Civic. My car was having multiple problems, and needed new spark plugs, distributor, ignition cables, brakes, tires, and an oil change. They replaced everything for less than another garage quoted me for just the engine work, and the financing company that they work with is very easy to use and reasonable.

This would've been enough for a good review, but while they were replacing the brakes, one of the calipers started leaking. Brian only charged us for the price of the part to replace the caliper.

Less than an hour after we got the car back, our other caliper failed. Brian paid to have the car towed back to the shop, and offered to do the work at no charge. I was highly recommended to Scribs, and now I won’t go anywhere else—and I’ll only be recommending them to others from now on. They had a super quick turnaround, were fair and honest, and kept great communication throughout the process. My car has been in and out of shops ever since I bought it, but this is the first time I’m leaving truly feeling safe behind the wheel and confident the issue was actually fixed.

There was one issue they weren’t able to address, but they were completely transparent and explained that it would need to be handled at the dealership to be done right.

It’s rare to find a repair shop that genuinely cares about your safety over profit, and I really appreciate everything they did for me. Fingers crossed I won’t need to go back anytime soon—haha—but if anything comes up, I know exactly where I’m going.
