Recently signed my son up, I've been in a few boxing gyms, it's rare to see the trainers work as hard as coach Cap and his trainers worked with the entire gym which was over 20 members. All levels and all got the same exact attention and treatment first class. I watched him work mitts and coach all out!, for over two hours non stop.
