I went into the store yesterday and was totally ignored by the gal at the front desk. She was obviously on a personal call, never paused to acknowledge me. So I walked around to see if I could find what I was looking for. She had another opportunity to connect with me when she finished her phone chat. I just got my Viking Sewing/Embroidery machine back. I was less than pleased with the service. It took just under 4 weeks to get it back. It was in for a cleaning and an adjustment on the auto threader. The tech who was working on it crossed the cables and did not hook one completely up. I was then charged $100 for a $50 clean and one $6.00 part. There was no explanation on why the extra charge. I would never take my Machine back, nor will I ever go back...

Great store with tons of fabric, a wall of motions for any need, and the nicest people to help you! I always come here first when looking for anything sewing related. I have gotten great advice on projects even though they were quilting related. Love...
