Was VERY excited to FINALLY ditch Century Link and associated high cost-poor customer service-and S-L-O-W internet (2-4mbps!). The folks at AirBridge made two visits to ensure we could get service and we were originally told our only option was to drill thru our roof into the attic due to the " line of site." We were hesitant and at first- held off. Later, we were told a new tower had been added and we could have the antenna put on the fence line- no problem. Unfortunately, on the day of installation- we were again told that if we wanted service, our only option was the rooftop mounting. This was a suprise and we were frustrated with the misinformation but, we went ahead with the install. The guys explained that they wanted to give us "the most reliable internet" and couldn't guarantee the signal anyplace else. Ok, fine. I have to admit- despite this issue- EVERYTHING ELSE was perfect. The installers showed up right on time-- ( big plus in my book), checked several signal location options before finally telling us the roofline was our only option, they hid the cables in the siding of the house (huge plus!) And, they carefully made sure not to drill any excess holes. I also found it very professional that they took the extra step of ensuring that they cleaned up after themselves- wiping their feet and removing trash. This did not go unnoticed.    Read moreLindsey has been one of the BEST customer service reps I've ever dealt with! She was very nice and pleasant to talk with and got me the time and day I wanted (and was available) to have internet installed within 5 minutes of talking to her!
Now, although the field tech wasn't able to get us set up that day due to the location of our house and too many trees being in the way, he is doing all he can to look into options to get us service!    Read moreI am so impressed with Airbridge Broadband and in particular their tech, Kiowa. He arrived not just promptly but slightly early for a site visit to check on the strength of signal at my property. He clearly explained both the strength of the current signal and the fact that a new and closer tower is going up for even better service, as well as fees and options. Kiowa was also very patient with some of my geeky tech and equipment questions, and you can tell he has a knack for dealing with customers and a solid grasp of how the signal works....
