Aquarius is a wonderful place if you enjoy metaphysical anything! They have an incredible selection of books, Tarot and Oracle decks, incense, jewelry, and healing CRYSTALS in every size, shape and color! As a transplant from the Bay Area, the prices are amazing! That and the whole no sales tax-thing, every time I make a purchase there I feel quite guilty and like, “what’s the catch?” It almost feels like I’m getting it for free. $100 can buy a lot there.

My parents moved here a couple years before I did, and I thought long and hard about what moving here would be like. Aquarius Books & Gifts sealed the deal for me. It still gives me so much comfort and a feeling of home on steroids.

I love the two men who I think are the owners. They are so gentle and helpful. Very carefully and methodically they wrap your things up. There is also a mineral/gem expert working who is so kind and helpful. Then there’s a lady who looks like Stevie Nicks and she’s fantastic and sassy. My first experience here was the polar opposite of positive. I was stalked through the store by some teen, tall female heavier with long black hair, every time I turned around she was staring at me from the corner of a shelf. I had never been in the store and was excited to find a shop that sells crystals and incense and books, so I wanted to look at everything. It was an extremely unnerving experience after escaping a stalker only to get stalked. I decided to withhold judgement until after my family came for a visit and we all decided to check the store out again. The girl wasn't there, but I still had a hard time enjoying the store. Really nice stuff here. I've spent thousands of dollars here. I recently bought a pendant necklace & the stone fell out of its setting. Called them, they said to come in the next day & they would work with me for replacement/ exchange. I arrived the following day & they were closed. Left a message asking for return phone call. Nothing. Customer service has declined since I started shopping here 4 yrs ago. Now they won't stand behind their products. I won't be shopping here anymore. Makes me sad. I know SoundPeace in Ashland also has very nice, like items, solid customer service & comparable pricing. I will just have to go there instead. I can make an outing of it. And I have to take my necklace to a jeweler for repair. Tempted to send the bill...
