Subway (North Grants Pass) — Restaurant in Grants Pass

Got a sandwich here last night in the drive thru. The guy sounded high, he couldn't pay attention, he kept having side conversations with other people behind the scenes, he had to ask me 4 times what kind of toppings I wanted, cussing in the background and overall he was rude as hell. it took literally over 30 minutes for this person to serve 4 cars or so. The worst service service I have ever had at a subway by far. Company's literally do not care anymore.

UPDATE. called and told a "manager" that I would be in to speak to them. He said he's leaving at 2 so as long as I'm there by then. Got there at 1:35 only to find he already left. This store is horrible and I will never buy another single item from here. I will also tell everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. The manager and employees should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for such horrible service....

First time writing g a review by how awful my experience was here. I was visiting here in Grants Pass, and pulled into this subway since I was hungry & have been driving for some time. Was greeted with rude employees, which doesn’t really bother me since I also work in this field, so I semi-understand, and brush it off. They continue to be rude & have an attitude, throwing my ingredients onto my sandwich carelessly, throwing it into the bag, and scoffing, making it extremely clear that they didn’t wanna be there & don’t have a care in the world. When I was checking out, I asked the female who was working the register what they price was for a medium drink, and she proceeded to mutter under her breath some rude remark, and told me the price. I'm only giving 3 stars because when I ordered avocado on my sandwich one girl scooped it out of the container then another took a knife and removed something she had apparently dropped in it, and ended up taking out half of it and the first girl put the remaining avocado on my sandwich and I said "so I'm only getting half a scoop?" not getting a response. Of course she still charged me for a full scoop. It's bad enough they charge for that stuff anyways bu I at least want what I paid for. Plus the first girl (who splattered whatever it was into the avocado) was a mess and spilling things and dropping things. She seemed to be a bit scatterbrained and a customer actually had to ask her to change her gloves after that happened (the whole avocado thing) before she made her sandwich. Hello!...
