I really like mike. He doesn't make you feel belittled. He has a variety of hardware in stock. I came in to find a good case for a friend and I. I saw an earlier comment that stated that the prices were well double, I beg to differ... 1.) You need to do your research on buying a product. How is the availability? Where can you find it? Is this the only store front where I can find this product? 2.) What is the MSRP of the product? Is what you're looking for fairly priced? Please don't expect technology to be discounted if it works well. I came in to buy a case for me and my friend; there were a variety of cases being sold at MSRP. I trust that if my grandmother came into this store, I wouldn't need to be there to help her. Mike is charismatic and very helpful and even helped me when his store closed. What a terrible experience! I took my computer to this place based on reviews, and boy did they get it wrong. The guy said it would take 3 days, after 7 days I call and he says he hasn't looked at it yet. Said I need a new password, I gave him for the second time the password. Call the next day, still had not worked on it. So I said I'd come pick it up, that's a whole different dilemma. If you don't want to get lost in his shop don't go inside. The filth and lack of walking room due to the amount of trash and computers everywhere in the building. I wonder if he forgot to work on those too. WARNING BE CAREFUL IF...

I took a motherboard I bought at Newegg because to Mike because I couldnt get the components from an old PC to work with the board. Thinking I bought a bad board I took it to Mike. Even though it took him a few days when I called him to check on the status he got right on it and got it working the same day. It was something I would have never been able to do without experience. He was friendly and his prices were very good. I would go back to him in a hurry if I ever needed any computer repairs in the future. Your stuff is in good hands. Thanks Mike!...
