Tyler and Caitlin were fantastic! Went in to get a ring resized and noticed the "custom designed jewelry" display. After having a terrible experience at a privately owned store a year ago for a custom mothers ring (which has since been closed), I was a little hesitant to even consider retrying. Caitlin had been assisting with my ring resizing and I asked her about the customization options. She grabbed Tyler who oversees a lot of their custom designing and within 30 minutes we were all on the same page and a design was being sent off to the crafters. I was given an expected time frame of 3 months for the entire process and in less than a week, already had a call to come back in to review the draft. Adjustments were so easy and simple and within less than 1.5 months, I had a 3D printed copy of my ring to try and see if I liked the sizing on my hand. We said go, and 3 weeks later, my ring came in. I was so nervous walking in after the previous disappointment I went through that I didn't get my hopes up. To say I squealed in excitement once I saw it is an understatement. The excitement quickly turned into tears of happiness as the realization hit that this was indeed, my ring. It's exactly what I imagined but even prettier. The sizing is perfection. I love the simplicity it gives. The colors are rich and vibrant. Each of my babies, even my heavenly baby, is so perfectly represented. I love that the design isn't a basic one anyone can order from Etsy by just plugging in the birthstone colors. It's truly a custom piece and I have peace of mind with the warranty that should a stone ever budge, crack, chip, etc, it will be taken care of.

After dealing with a frustrating 'local' Kay's, my husband and I decided to stop in the Morgantown Kay's to find a new enhancer for my engagement ring. Tyler was quick to greet us and eager to assist us in finding exactly what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. The ring I found was an online exclusive. That meant I would have to buy it and have it delivered to the store to try it on. I explained my hesitation to want to do this just to try on the ring. One of Tyler's coworkers, Helen, offered to see if she could help us out. After a few minutes on the computer and a phone call, she had located the ring I wanted and was having it shipped to their store from Texas. I got a phone call a few days later when the ring arrived and, luckily, Tyler was working when we arrived at Kay's to try it on. Tyler was nearly as excited as I was when I placed my ring in the enhancer. We completed the purchase and sent the enhancer to be sized. Too bad I couldn’t have had put 0 stars. The lady that was working today was very rude and had a very inappropriate attitude. I understand the Covid situation, which there is only 5 guests to be allowed in the store. Well as we went to go in she said we have 5 customers in here already would I please stay outside til someone leaves. In the meantime I’m standing there probably 10 mins and here comes this other lady walks right in and starts shopping!!!!! So again I proceeded to enter the store and again the same lady said you can not come in yet so I asked her why was the other lady allowed to go Inside and I was the one waiting?? The sales lady just gave me a very rude look and threw her hands in the air. So if you want to be treated with disrespect go here. I’m taking my business elsewhere. They missed out on a $10,000 sale. I plan to get ahold of the cooperate office. Kay’s doesn’t need a worker of that caliber...
