Firehouse Subs University Town Center — Restaurant in Granville

I went to this FHS #1301 Giant Eagle Way, Morgantown WV on 6/30/21 and was very dissatisfied with the Burned Buns for a $32.36 meal for three. I was also extremely disappointed after I did the survey on the receipt to not even get any sort of response from the owners, managers or for that matter the garbage man. This store does not follow FDA/USDA or Monongalia County Health dept mandated to prevent cross contamination as I also watch employees take knives from one work station and use it on another work station without being sanitized, and the gloves were never changed between changing task such as an employee walking to the back storage room and then coming back and forth three times and then proceeding to to wear the same gloves and touch ready to eat foods with the same gloves...

Awful service from CHARLIE at firehouse subs in Morgantown. It was a busy day and there were 5 people in line plus a couple other people who already had placed orders. A girl walks in from another store very close to this one walks BEHIND the counter and asked Charlie to make her food now. Charlie then tells her to go up front and he will take care of her "hint hint" I watched her pay $10 for 2 subs and 2 meals!!! When I paid $10 for a medium sub and a meal. That's not even the worst part. Charlie then immediately started making the girls food and within minutes she had her food before any one else who paid before her! Just awful service!!! They will lose money if Charlie continues to hand out food for free and lose service when you skip everyone in line just to get your...

My wife and I are starting to develop a new habit of going to a movie and grabbing a sandwich from Firehouse Subs.

I've eaten at this location twice in 2 weeks and have had enjoyable experiences each time. My orders were placed via the app, and they were spot on each time. In fact, I forgot to have the onions removed from my sub, which was no big deal. When I arrived, I approached the counter and asked if it was too late to modify my order. The young man building sandwiches said, "Sure! No problem!" And then skillfully left the onions out. He was careful to point out which of my 2 subs was onion free. His attitude impressed me, ensuring to reinforce the habit of eating here before our movie dates!
