Excellent quick service regarding the sale. Great deal on mattress, loved the mattress. However do not buy a mattress cover there...they tell you it will keep the bed safe and you have to buy THEIR mattress covers for the warranty to work. So we bought the overpriced mattress cover they sold. One vomit later, and we have a stain. The cover is a JOKE. Our sheets protected it more than the cover. So I called for the warranty. They are happy to give me a new mattress cover (why would I want that...it doesn't work?) however the warranty does not cover the mattress, only the cover. So they sold me a mattress cover with a warranty to give me a new mattress cover if it doesn't work...LOL so now that i know the cover doesn't work they will give me a new one that also doesn't work, so my mattress can be further stained. But who cares about the stained mattress (isn't that the sole point of mattress cover? I could care less if the mattress cover is stained??).

There are so many beds and covers with great reviews online--so many more choices than a small store who can't help with customer service. Next time I will be purchasing a mattress+cover I'll just do it online. I almost did this time but we try to support free standing stores when possible. And def will purchase a new cover online rather than get a free replacement of my one that doesn't work...

My wife and I were looking for a mattress and basically just shopping around and checking out our options. When we went to Sleep Outfitters we were greeted by Jonathan and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We really weren't sure exactly what we were looking for, but Jonathan was able to give us insight on the different types of mattresses and gave us the time that we needed to make a decision. I didn't expect to make a final decision the day that we went in, but I felt that Jonathan clearly explained our options and didn't pressure us into making a choice. I felt confident in the time that we had to lay on several different mattresses and find the one that was the most comfortable for us. There were lots of different options in a variety of price ranges depending on preference and the prices seemed to be the best we could find in the area. Jonathan didn't have a bunch of gimmicky sales tactics and didn't push us into something with which we didn't feel comfortable. He just gave us the facts and the options and that's why we chose to buy from him at Sleep Outfitters in Morgantown. Highly...

Paid in full for a mattress and adjustable base on 5/15/21. Delivery was to be on 5/22/21. On Friday received call from store that their truck Deliverying my bed had broken down and was promised a phone call later in the evening to reschedule Delivery. No phone call. Called the store Saturday and they still could not tell me anything promised to call and that by Sunday they would know when they would be making the Delivery. It is now Tuesday evening and no phone call and I have no idea when or if I will be getting my mattress and adjustable bed. I will be going to the store Wednesday evening to request my refund. Not sure that I want to do business with them at this point. After spending quite a bit of money they cannot not even give me the time of day to let me know when i can expect my bed. Bed was delivered today. Very nice young men. Set up was quick and easy. District manager made sure i knew what was going on. Will not give a 5. Still felt I should have been informed as what was happening with my order. Very nice and comfortable bed. Definitely...
