Terrible and lazy staff. Absolutely no work is done before the store opens, unlike every single other grocery store, so everything is out of stock in the mornings. Pickup orders are given the lowest priority of any purchasing option. if you make a pickup order at noon, they wonāt even touch it until 8 the next day after they let people in to take whatever they want, even if what you ordered a day before then becomes out of stock. extremely understaffed but itās almost like they want it that way so they have more excuses to do even less work than they already do. Electronics desk NEVER has anyone working it; anytime you need assistance there, it takes about 20 minutes before anyone responds as if they are constantly on break. Pickup department always has maybe one person working, but they finish one order every two hours and thatās if youāre lucky. Regular registers are never open and if they are, you need to buy a lottery ticket because the odds of one being open is much less likely than it is to win the powerball. Something else to mention is while the staff has handheld devices that show stock and when things will be restocked, they either canāt read them or love to lie to people because there have been at least 5 different times when I have asked an employee and guest services when an item is coming out or when their next restock is and they have been wrong every time without fail. Walking into Target now is like walking into Hell (Walmart), just a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just left this Target in Morgantown where I have been shopping for years, and spend thousands of dollars a year. I used the self check out and probably had 300$ worth of purchases.. I hadnāt finished packing my stuff and security approached me asking if I forgot to ring my 3.00$ shaving cream. I said ā I donāt know, why donāt you checkā.. He said āno you didnātā. So, I scanned it, and packed my bags.. I love Target for their laid back vibe and friendly staff. But, I felt uncomfortable.. Like he was accusing me of not scanning purposely. . I had literally 300$ worth of stuff, and felt like it was petty. Anyway, Iāve never gotten that vibe in Target before today. Maybe thatās why their sales are down, and stocks are falling. Iām going to Walmart from now on..Iāll probably save some money too.. They should eliminate self check out at Target if they are going to approach customers before they even leave the check out area. Is this how they think they are going to save money, by alienating their best customers? No...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe employee with light red hair working the cashier in the morning of 11/23 had a terrible attitude. Self checkouts were closed. People were walking over to the self check outs wanting to use them (including myself) because it didnāt look like they were closed. Employee told a couple trying to use the self checkouts that theyāre closed in a condescending manner. The couple didnāt hear her. She then proceeded to say again āthe self checkouts are closed. Thatās what I literally just saidā and then proceeded to mumble something underneath her breath right in front of me as she was checking me out. Itās not necessary to behave like that towards customers especially during the holiday season when people have fun shopping around. Maybe section off the self checkouts so people know theyāre closed if youāre tired of telling people???? Turn off their screens???? Idk???? If youāre going to have a nasty, smart ass attitude along with a snark face, just stay at home....
