Iāve never written bad reviews and usually just let things slide, but this place is the worst. The worst customer service. I was waiting in line to be helped while another customer was in front of me and as soon as that customer finished and let, the lady who was helping that customer just kept busy and avoided eye contact with me.There was another customer behind me who she decided to help while I was still waiting for her. A soon as that customer also left she said someone will be with me and walked to the other side to help another customer. As I was still waiting another lady saw a family behind me and decided to help them. Mind you I was in line first again. I stood there for a good five minutes with no help and I finally walked away, because at this point I was mad. There was about 4-5 ladies working and they all acted like they didnāt notice me. Iāve been back 2X and they havenāt had the necklace to replace it. I was told today āI donāt control our inventoryā. It was my favorite piece out of all the Jewlery we bought that day so I told them to just refund me then since they donāt have it. Theyāre refusing. So I spend a ton of money, add their protection and this is the way you handle these things? Nope, Iām done. Will never purchase from them again and will share how cheap their gold is and that even with a protection plan, it does no good because they canāt replace my item and refuse to refund me. She was very rude and was hesitant to answering my questions. I read reviews about a really good piercer there and asked when she was going to be working. She said not today and I asked what day she was going to be there. She said not at all this week and so inproceeded to ask about the following week. And then she goes..... āI havenāt made the schedule for next week so I donāt know.ā What company gives their employee schedule out less than a week in advance?!?! Needless to say I will not go to this location because it is run by someone that has terrible...
