For the first time I decided to return my purchases to this store. It was definitely a mistake and worst experience ever. The first cashier was friendly, he did a great job processing my returns, unfortunately one item was giving him issue to process the return, so his manager took over, which she tired her best to figuring out what was causing this problem but even she couldn't figure it out. So she call her head manager(Jerry). Who according to her knows how to deal with this. Well from there thing's went south. He came to the front desk already with an attitude. Like he's being disturbed from his peace. He was rude, didn't even bother to listen to what I have to say or even did anything. He just stood there, didn't scan nor touch the return item or even did any move to figuring out the problem. All he said was he couldn't do anything, since I submitted the return online already but funny the other items was submitted as online return as well and it worked perfectly fine. So I tried to explain my concern and throughs but he wouldn't let me speak and said " I don't know. I didn't process the other items and I don't know what you trying to do but that one item look like it has been already return and been refunded) first I was surprised,mad, disappointed and frustrated of his behavior and respond. So I replied (are you telling me I'm a lier and want to get refunded twice š¤Ø) so this went on for about 15 mins and he would still behave the same way. He kept telling me to cancel that return but there won't be no guarantee if that would even work. WELL THANKS THAT WAS VERY INSURED. He was very rejective, didn't even try to call costume service to find out what is causing this issue, instead he told me to call coustom service to figuring out. Which I did right in there at the store. Thanks costume service the lady on the phone did her best to help me and even she said the return process online wouldn't affect the return in store. So I went back to Jerry and told him the response of customer service,he immediately said "whoever you talked to is wrong and they don't know what they talking about" I immediately pointed out this attitude and behavior,also told him I never as a costume been treated that way and matter. I can't be blamed for him having a bad day. This is not acceptable specially as a head manager to treat costume like this. I don't know if this is the first time but still that's no excuse. As soon as we walk in the employees are just looking at us like we arenāt supposed to be there. Like what. It was an hour before they closed and all we got was disgusting looks, when in actuality their store looked disgusting, none of there shirts were folded, there were pants just laying on the ground everywhere, and their counter was just filled with random stuff. They said that the dressing rooms were closed even though I saw other people going in and out of them. When they told me it was closed, they said it very rudely and like in a way to just leave the store already. I then asked very nicely if there was any way they could make an exception because mind you I only had 4 things and the guy just responded with ānoā.
