It was a disaster from the get go. On Father's Day the dads in our family wanted Hot Wings so we chose to go to Buffalo Wild Wings over another Hot Wing restaurant in a nearby town. When I think of BWW, I think of a fun atmosphere because it's usually a hot spot for watching sports on the screen. Well, not on this day. It was 12:30 in the afternoon and the place was pretty empty. There was not a hostess but once we were noticed we were sat right away. I was super thirsty and I ordered ice water and a cocktail. It seemed to take forever to get our drinks but they finally came. The cocktail was good but small. For appetizers we ordered Fried Pickles and Buffalo Chicken Tots. The pickles came out first and we were not given individual plates. We couldn't find a server so we put them on napkins and handed them around the table. When the Buffalo Chicken Tots arrived we asked for plates. It took awhile but we were brought plates and then we noticed that we didn't have eating utensils. The Buffalo Chicken Tots are messy so you can't really eat with your fingers. We flagged down our server and asked for utensils. On his way to get them he stopped to take an order from another table and was there for awhile. Finally, he brought us utensils but by then the appetizer was cold. However, both appetizers tasted good and my only complaint was that there was only one small piece of chicken on the Buffalo Chicken Tots. Next, the main course... wait for it... when we began to order, we were told that they were OUT of the traditional bone-in chicken wings! (Insert surprised emoji face here). My husband opted not to order anything and the rest of us found something on the menu to order. I ordered the BBQ Brisket Sandwich (doesn't that sound good?) and French Fries. When the main course arrived I asked for Ranch dressing to go with my French Fries. The taste of my sandwich was very good except there wasn't a lot of meat, and within the meat I found two giant blobs of fat that I had to remove (see photo). I was able to shove whatever meat there was over to one side and enjoy half a sandwich. The french fries were nice a crisp just the way I like them. So now we are eating... munch munch munch... everyone liked what they ordered and when we were all done.... the waiter brought the Ranch dressing that I had asked for (insert hysterical laughing emoji face). We never complained to anyone because the place was clearly understaffed and that is not the fault of the servers. I only ever saw two servers the entire time, ours and another one who was waiting on a table of about 12 people. And, after we arrived, the place started to fill up so these two were having to do it all. So, if this place goes downhill and ends up having to close, I blame the owners and the managers who should have made sure to have enough staff and WINGS for the holiday. Good luck BWW. I hope you turn things around because your food is pretty good and I want to be able to eat there again someday.

1-Star Review Buffalo Wild Wings – Grapevine, TX This location seriously needs to reevaluate its priorities—starting with safety and basic upkeep. We came for the UFC fight, and as we were leaving (still a full hour before closing), we were shocked to find the entire parking lot completely dark. Every light was off. My wife had to walk through pitch-black conditions to get to our car. That’s not just inconsiderate—it’s unsafe. To make matters worse, the landscaping around the restaurant is in horrible condition. It looks like an abandoned building or something out of a ghost town—not what you’d expect from a major national chain. Between the lack of lighting and the dead, overgrown landscaping, the entire place gives off a neglected, careless vibe. Disappointed is an understatement. We won’t be returning until serious improvements are made. Corporate needs to take a look at this location—fast.

DO NOT GO THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR!!! BAR SERVER: NATALIE, KYLIE (THE 2ND PERSON LATER IDENTIFIED AS INSTIGATING THE FALSE ACCUSATION)AND MANAGER (AMANDA, LATER IDENTIFIED) LIED AND CALLED COPS SAYING THAT MY GIFT CARD DIDNT WORK AND THAT I WAS TRESPASSED THE NIGHT BEFORE. I WAS IN SPRINGFIELD, MO AT WORK AND HAVE PROOF. AFTER IT WAS ESTABLISHED THAT I WAS NOT MICHAEL, I ASKED THE FEMALE MANAGER (WHO REFUSE TO GIVE HER NAME) SHE INSTEAD SAID TO THE NATURE OF, "IT IS WHAT IT IS" AND SHE SAID SHE WASNT THERE THE NIGHT PRIOR BUT WENT BY WHAT NATALIE SAID. ANY DECENT PERSON WHO MADE A MISTAKE WOULD APOLOGIZE WHICH I ASKED HER FOR MULTIPLE TIMES AND SHE COUNTINOUSLY REFUSED AS WELL AS REFUSE TO GIVE HER NAME. IM HOPING THAT THEY BOTH GET FIRED IMMEDIATELY. AGAIN, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR. THAT WAS WHAT THE WHOLE ORDEAL WAS ABOUT.

I visited this location last night. I ordered 30 traditional wings with garlic, Parmesan sauce, and 15 traditional wings with lemon pepper sauce. I was told to give them 15 minutes, which was right on time. While waiting, my wife and I both use the restrooms. I could not get out of the restroom fast enough, it smelled like raw sewage. When we got ready to leave, the manager gave me my order, and I made her aware of the problem. She was already aware. I don’t know how a restaurant can stay open , like that, it is unhealthy. Unfortunately, I have gotten out of the habit of checking my orders when people hand them to me. When I got home to South Irving, I found out that I had only 30 wings, not 45. Thankfully, I normally order a little extra, But unfortunately, it just was not enough tonight. I called back up and spoke to the manager, who incidentally was the one that took my order. She explained that they only charged me for 30 wings. I told her that whoever took my order, had gotten the order wrong, which was her. She said “well, sorry. “ I told her the problem was that it left dinner short for my family. Her response was “Oh!” I could hear the drop in her voice. I have worked in restaurants since I was a teenager, it is not difficult to verify the order. I am highly dissatisfied with my visit this time. We are six living on one income and money is very tight, I always try to find the best financial option for dinner. There’s not only cost me more money, but it left my family short on food for...

This was literally the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in my foreseeable memory. We eat out a lot too. It was not terribly crowded there, and there were at LEAST 6-7 people working the floor, probably more. We waited 10 minutes once seated just to have someone come to our 2 person table. We ordered drinks and food immediately. Then we waited 45 minutes for the food without our server stopping at our table once to check in. Also never told us there would be such a long wait. We were about to get up and leave and then the food arrived. My husband’s boneless wings were lukewarm and drenched in sauce, not at all pleasant to eat. My bone-in wings were warmer and not terrible, but not spectacular considering how long we waited. After we were visibly finished with our food it took about 20 minutes to get someone’s attention for the check. During this time about 4 employees were just socializing and goofing around in our line of sight at the front of the restaurant, and one of them I believe was a manager. This restaurant is clearly very poorly managed and unfortunately Buffalo Wild Wings has lost our business.

Do yourself a ginormous favor and if you’re in the area wanting wings - do not go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Go to Pluckers. We didn’t go there tonight because the initial wait was 45 minutes, but they have wonderful wings and service. I wish...
