Tess' Kitchen Store — Local services in Grass Valley

Never shopping here again. I was planning to purchase a very nice kitchen knife set and it was marked on sale. The gentlemen that helped me was very nice and offered to hold the item while I finished shopping, he offered to remove/obscure the price tags as this was going to be a gift. When I returned to purchase the knifes they rang up as full retail price even though it was marked on sale. What I assume to be the manager offered to look up the price and found it to be full price even though both myself and the employee confirmed that there was a sale tag on it previously. Just stopped into your store to return a Shun knife due to a manufacture defect. There were two wet nose kids with a silver spoon attitude at the front counter that accused me of putting the knife in the dish washer, abusing the knife not being the original owner and being computer illiterate??
