I have 3 hardware stores all equal distance to my home and always try to support local business. The East Higgins Lake hardware store and the Roscommon Do-it hardware stores have decided to put sarcastic signs on their front doors about our governor. The people behind the counters of both places have decided to ignore the mask mandate. At a time when businesses are struggling, you would think an owner would do all he could to make people feel safe and to represent yourself as a business that follows rules. The problem with injecting politics into your business is that you risk alienating 50% of your customers. So, I left. I don't need to shop at either of these places again. Read moreI recently placed an online order through ace hardware for this location . I drove 40 mins over on my lunch break to pick up my items when I was alerted through email they were ready for pick up. I fixed it! Only needed a new part for the water going into the tank! Saved me a call to a plumber and my son was...
