I'm in aww with how poorly this orielys is ran I've spent thousands since January at this location.. I took one thing back because the engine blew and the guy at the counter was insanely rude to me beyond belief. I left the store and wrote a review the next time I came into the store to return my cores I was told they are not allowed to help me because I was rude back to him and wrote a review. I litterally got blackballed for writing a review. Soooo just aheads up orielys is the type of company that if you rightfully make a complaint about anyone that works there online the store will no longer except your business. There is absolutely zero accountability for their workers. I'm in awe for real. UPDATE so after speaking to other orielys i was told the manager cannot do what he did so I called to speak with him and come to find out it was all over this man's ego.. he called me a liar and also claimed he looked through my orielys account with his employees to disprove how much money I've spent there 🤔 soooooo unprofessional which I think too is a bold face lie because if he would have he would of noticed the real amount. the managers name is Ken and ken is not a very kind man that is for sure. He said that I was rude and am banned from that orielys from being serviced lol ALL of what he says is a fabrication and I will not sleep until there is some repercussions for this man's name calling and hurtful actions. Hopefully orielys finds someone better to run this location this...

Overpriced. Some people shouldn’t work at auto parts stores. I called two different times on a part they told me they had a couple of them I drove 20 minutes to get there for them to tell me that they don’t have one they have to order one... Meanwhile I can go online and order one for pretty much 50% less. Also had to go pick up some Rear hubs The other day and I was quoted 169.99 For 1 rear With one year warranty. I went to rock auto and ordered BOTH rear bearings shipped for 165.99 With a one-year warranty...These auto parts stores Sure take advantage of people, if I had to go to the auto parts store every time to buy parts for my vehicle then it would cost me pretty much the same price as me taking it in and having somebody doing it in a shop which is...

0 stars, came here trying to figure out my car, I'm 4 hours away from home on a road trip up to Marquette. My check engine light is on and all I needed was a thing of oil for my car. And they locked the doors at 8:58 even tho I had called ahead of time saying I'd be there and that I only need a thing of oil. They said they could wait but try to get there fast. Very disrespectful to tell someone you will wait for them have that person drive to that store and then just leave. I will be calling here tomorrow to speak with a manager. Very disgusting behavior.
