Grayson Commons — Local services in Grayson

KROGER: Kroger has a wide turnover in all their employees, including their store manager. The 455 Grayson Parkway store is the worse of the 3 Krogers in the immediate area. One day when I stopped at the Kroger gas station at 455 Grayson Pkway, several months ago, to put gas in my car, the pump failed to work properly, so I went to the booth and told the clerk, Ian about it. Ian, who I'd had ongoing problems with before that day, came out of the booth, walked over to the pump, grabbed the pump and JAMMED it into my car so hard, that the gas shot out of it.. onto ME! It drenched my new pants (from Macy's) and shoes, and I was dripping with gasoline on me. I yelled at the clerk asking him Why he did that, and being the 'hater' he is, he never said a word, calmly put the pump back on the hook and went back into his cage/booth. Until this day, neither Ian nor the store manager, nor upper management has ever apologized or even compensated me for what happened. And they have allowed Ian to remain working at their gas station. I reported the incident to several federal agencies, who did respond to me. Ian still works part-time in the gas station booth! He is very unfriendly and doesn't like people of color, if you know what I mean. I had a traumatic experience and hope none of you have to endure the terrible experience I went through. So, be very careful when dealing with Ian at the KROGER...

I love this shopping area. Lots of restaurants and many different shops to choose from. It's a little weird because part is on one corner and part on the corner next to that. You can get to each side using the light facing Webb Gin Rd. Lots of upper class stores and stores not available all over. You do have to drive from one side to the other but...

This area is a one-stop shop for my family...the grocery store [Kroger], fuel center, restaurants [Chipotle, PandaExpress, Zaxby's, Chinese, Mexican, Mediterranean & more], coffee houses [Starbucks, Dunkin, Grayson Cafe], ice cream shops [Bruster's & Beren's], and nearby drugstore [Walgreens].
