I went in for lunch today and a partial of my order was sitting at the counter. Advised they were still working on the other half. The young lady at the service window was rude and insulting. I asked about the quality of the order half being cold. She says oh you can just microwave it. I said I beg your pardon? Yes she replied you have heard of microwaves, haven't you? My grandson at this point lost it. The level of disrespect but it didn't stop there. The food is decent but they can never get the order right. I've been to this location twice. Last time they told me they didn't have my order and almost sent me to another location when they really did. This time when I told them my name he rung up the wrong order. I had already paid online for my order which was less and there was no need to rang up. When I got to my car with the right order something told me to check. Ordered 25 mins ahead. Went in to pick up my order & my food was still not ready. Chicken wings are pre cooked and then re dropped to seem warm/hot. This is not the first time. Fries are dried out, chicken wings are small and dried out. I waited another 15 mins and my order was still not ready. Asked for a refund. Employees are rude. Especially the person with the braces at the register. He/she always has an attitude with a know it all spirit. Chicken wings also leaves a nasty film in your mouth....
