Bought a t-shirt from them as a birthday gift for my daughter. When she opened the gift she found a hole in the side of the shirt. Life happens and I no longer had the receipt. What store will not work with you at all and completely does not back their product unless you have a receipt? HOT TOPIC!! I was aided by both employees and the customer service I received was personable and professional. I have not had such a positive shopping experience in years. I've always hated the poor lighting and overly loud music played here. But during my last few visits the latter hadn't been on at all. The current staff seems really chill and were helpful. Selection was a little slim post holiday but the clearance sales were really awesome. If you are a Funko collector they have a pretty good assortment. Fandom stuff from the Potterverse, multiple anime properties, Disney, horror, video game, and TV shows...
