I had a wonderful experience at Jensen’s in Great falls. After going through the ringer with multiple issues with my engagement from Zales, I decided to take it to Jensen’s after hearing such good things after a diamond fell out of the ring just a week after having it inspected at Zales. I originally tried going through Kays (Zales sister store) and Zales to get the ring fixed- but I got treated very poorly and was told the expensive warranty we purchased didn’t cover the stone falling out and that they couldn’t guarantee the ring would be fixed by the wedding. When I took it to Jensen’s, I got exceptional service, they walked me through what would need to be done, their warranty options, as well as helping me with picking out a wedding band. They had my ring fixed within an hour of us getting there, and went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible. My ring is looking better than ever and my fiancé and I both wish we would have originally gone through Jensen’s for all our jewelry!...

Jensen's is the real deal!! They care about the customer as friends, not just a paycheck. The manager Preston and the gold smith Rich are passionate about the product, industry and the relationships that they build on a daily basis. The quality of their product and service is beyond measure. Rich is a 3rd generation gold smith with a unique desire to not just turn out a product but a piece of art. They will work with you in any way they can, it is a company that is not all about the bottom line. I will be back and my family will be sent as well, when ever I am asked my opinion.
