The nearest location opened in Great falls Montana and it is the worst by far not only do they not have what they're displaying upon the menu they have workers that are not trained properly and just left to fend for themselves this instance in which I'm referencing our order was two white chocolate mocha frappuccinos they did not know I believe what those were honestly because it was done entirely wrong from the moment it began and when confronted with the situation as a whole the first person employees spoke with about it the one who had it as our dreams completely shut down only after being asked a simple question shut the window in the Drive-Thru and ignored us until another employee had to come and approach the window address US due to the initial one just blatantly boldly looking dead ahead and ignoring every attempt we made it at contact with that individual then our final request was that they put whipped cream to top our requested order it took 7 minutes total for whipped cream toppings and we just send one back because it was only less than the size of a quarter no exaggeration in any form am I giving you those poor employees I understand why their ability to use proper mannerism is lacking the poor darlings don't even know they're serving coffee and they're working in a coffee shop my God Starbucks is a quality or quantity I'm going to tell you right now as of what I just witnessed at the newest location it definitely definitely is not quality I hope you guys can manage to...
Read moreABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We ordered around $30 worth of drinks & food for starters. Once we got done my mother in law went out to smoke. Mind you she is at the end of the building around NO ONE so I know for a fact no one could smell it. She was at the parking lot area. One of the female employees came out and told her she needed to quit smoking on their premises. There is NO sign saying no smoking at their location that we seen anyhow or she would have not even smoked there. Then the employees turned around and mumbled under her breath what sounded like “if you could just leave NOW” so we will NEVER go back to any Starbucks especially this one and will blast this location on every social media I have! Do better Starbucks! Hire employees that actually care & have respect! This is absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. If she didn’t wont her smoking she could have asked nicely or done in a different manner. Which I’m sure she don’t care that Starbucks lost a everyday customer that spends lots of money with them but I sure hope the cooperate sees this and makes changes or else you will see a huge loss...
Read moreI've come to this starbucks multiple times. Each time its something. First time they deactivated mobile ordering. So it forced me to go to a starbucks further away. I drove past the starbucks and they had no one in line, and the parking lot was not full.
Then i've gone to this starbucks on another occasion only to walk in and be told we are not talking walk up orders. HUH? A coffee store that wont allow you to dine in and have a cup of coffee. So then already agitated i said but you guys are taking mobile orders right? The employee said yes, so i sat down to order online, just to be pretty much kicked out of the restaurant by being told "it'd be faster if you just do drive through" So i left and just gave my business to City Brew.
This restaurant needs better management, needs to retrain their employees on how to deal with the public.
