The worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks in a long time. Ordered and waited for 2 drinks for 20+minutes. Only one person making hot drinks and one making cold although 6 people seemed to work there. The one person I assume to be the manager or higher up as they didn’t have an apron on like everyone else didn’t seem to care, was wearing sunglasses inside like they didn’t care or weren’t at work, came out and talked to friends and they got their drink and food within 3 minutes since she could make it for them but not do anything for any of the customers waiting. Read moreMy daughter ordered a drink she orders all of the time. The cashier told her that based on her order, her drink would be watery. My daughter told her she orders this drink all the time. The cashier then tells the barista what the order is and then said, "it will be really watery..." to the barista then told her to make it a different way. The barista said she's making it the way the customer (my daughter) wanted it. It was a whole thing...but the barista made it how my daughter asked and it was a great drink. Not sure why the cashier felt the need to continue changing how the drink was ordered/made....

I quickly tried placing my order and meant to say hot and iced came out so I had to correct myself. She seemed annoyed. I then asked for the 2nd drink and the gal sighed, rolled her eyes and rudely asked what size. At that point I told her to not even worry about because clearly it was an inconvenience for her.
