Linda, is one amazing lady! I went into her shop a week ago while I was in town and explained to her my situation with my hair. We started trying on hair pieces and I so bad wanted one, I told her I would be back tomorrow, which was last Saturday, I didn't make it... So yesterday I was in the area and went back and she remembered me even had my sunglasses I had left.. I told her I was ready to buy some hair. She remembered the piece that I liked, and she brought out her new stock too just so I could be sure I was happy with the one I picked out.. I still went with the one I picked from the weekend before. I handed her my card and she brought me the receipt and I said" o no, I don't think I can buy this, I thought it was x amount of dollars, and I was the one that made the mistake on the price. She said let me refund you $99.00 and I seriously wanted to cry. I said that is very nice of you, but you don't have to do that.. Linda said I want you to have that.. I am still in ah, and still Loving my hair. The best was when I got home, and the reactions I received were amazing. And I can't thank Linda enough for her kindness. She has no idea how much she has helped me in so many ways. I will never forget that. In today's world not too many generous people left. Visited a little while back. Since I walked in the store the older gal running the store was just staring at me and my friend the entire time we didn’t even get a smile. but she has wigs put in a back area by the stylist chair and told us we can’t look at them and refused to tell us how were able to get an appointment to be able to see them cause we clearly couldnt see them behind a wall or a whole room away from us but the whole time we felt like we couldn’t even shop cause someone was breathing down our necks.
