Played D&D here for a year. Even bought a T-shirt and cloaks from the store just to show I support the business. Then the owner kicked our D&D group out with no explanation to the players. Rumor is that the owner wanted our DM to charge for sessions and she wanted a cut. When our DM said his charge for his services was $0, we got kicked. Just beware if you sell services here, she will want HER price and not yours and to all the D&D players, you are better off playing for free at a real game store where its free and a better gaming environment than the basement where customers shop around you. There are better places to learn how to play D&D, Daggerheart, or any other RPG. $15 per person per session isn't worth what you'll get, especially since local games stores are free.
The owner has replied, asking to take this down, but i am refusing. It's not untrue that there are better and cheaper (free) places to play locally. As another thing, if you are a local business selling with her and you wish to stop selling, be sure to do it in person. Alex said he was picking up his stuff at 5PM and she put it outside for anyone to take or steal at noon, leaving it outside and unguarded for hours. We had to rearrange our work schedules to get it so no one would take it, but it just shows the courtesy of the owner of the store. These are just...

The owner left a disrespectful and unprofessional response to another review
After playing D&D there for a while we were told we had to start paying and I didn't like the way she communicated this to us.
When we pulled our vendor stuff we were told we could pick it up at 5pm. Instead it was dropped off outside in front of the trash at 2:30PM and I had to take time from work to come pick it up so it wouldn't get stolen....
Read moreLove this place, I can get lost in here for a long time. I have also taken a few of their courses and not only did I learn a lot but had great fun also. The people who run this place are very friendly and knowledgeable. Here's a surprise my husband doesn't mind going here with me he loves to chat with the people who gather here. Not only is it a craft store it is also (and this is very important) a community center. GREAT PLACE...
