Our son loves this place and wanted to take us here when we visited from Florida. Food was good but took way too long to get, especially when we had 2 small children with us that were very hungry. Our server, who had a pierced lip, wea very slow to acknowledge us. When we were finally waited on, we ordered everything including drinks. No offer was made to bring anything for the kids sooner, they are ages 3 and 2. I ordered a Skyy vodka martini, which finally came and was okay. We hadn't received our food and wanted more drinks, but the server was no where to be found. I had to go to the bar and order more drinks myself. Finally our food arrived delivered by a very nice guy. No glasses or anything was ever cleared from the table, it was a mess. My daughter in law finally left with the kids because we still had not received a check. She brought the check and we asked for to go boxes for half a pizza and a large amount of mac and cheese. She was irritated when I wanted to look at the check before she took it. I noticed that I had a 4.00 upcharge for Titos vodka which is not what I ordered and a couple of other charges for whiskey that were questionable. I took it to the bar and told her I did not order Titos, which she told me they were out of Skyy so they used Titos. Sorry people you do not spend my money without letting me know first! I told her that she needed to remove the charge and she stared at me blankly. I stayed at the end of the bar, she adjusted the check and proceeded to ignore and take the check to the table, I followed. My son was there still waiting on the to go boxes and I sat down to sign the check. This is when my mind was blown as she told me that I was rude to her.....WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING! I simply asked her to remove a charge that I did not request. How many other people has she over charged...beware!! My son was livid and I left to find the manager, who was very kind, but did not offer any real solution except an apology which I appreciated. My son may continue to go here but I will...

Disappointed with my experience. Came with a bachelorette party!!! The server started off strong and was hilarious and charming but only checked up with us once or twice in an hour and a half after ordering food. We couldn’t even flag him down because he was nowhere inside and didn’t check up on other tables near us we noticed. I definitely understand it wasn’t his fault that the food took so long. But checking in with us would’ve helped so much more than just leaving it. He said that when he checked back, our drinks were still full but that’s because he checked up on us the first time only 10-15 minutes after receiving our drinks and the second time to take our orders. By the time the food finally came out, we had already requested our drink bill at the bar and we were in the process of paying it because it took so long. We aren’t from here, but I’ve seen much busier businesses with less wait times in several other cities with no issues. Inside was slow. Patio was not insane or super packed and not enough people had food to warrant excuses. Everyone was ready to give me an excuse instead of an apology. I appreciate the 50% comp but I just want to say that we would’ve spent so much more money if we would’ve been checked in with and serviced better. Super disappointed and sad. Most servers on this trip have received a 25-30% tip because we understand we have a group of 6 and we order a lot of drinks . I was definitely expecting more. Considering all of the activities going on in this town, they should’ve forecasted and been better equipped to handle any business that was outside of their normal business. Horribly slow, borderline nonexistent, service. Arrived around 4:50PM on a Saturday evening with a moderate, but not extremely busy, crowd. Crowd was mainly around the bar and there were empty dining tables around us. Our drink and entree orders were placed promptly (beer, mixed drink, salad and hamburger; nothing complicated). Our waiter proceeded to vanish for the next 45-minutes only stopping by to ask if I would like another beer - never once mentioning the status of our entrees. My wife and I saw our waiter behind the bar a couple times serving patrons there (odd as there were two other bartenders on duty at the time). The couple at the table next to us got appetizers and entrees in a timely fashion so we were quite puzzled as to the status of our entrees. Our waiter finally returned after approximately 50-minutes to apologize for the long wait of our entrees to which my wife requested he box the entrees up as we had commitments afterwards and did not have all evening to continue waiting. Yet again, the waiter vanished without reappearing with our boxed-up entrees. After waiting another 15-minutes, we paid for our drinks and left without our entrees. Avoid this place at all costs if time is of the essence, you value prompt service or if you are even slightly hungry. Quite disheartening as my wife and I were big fans of this place when it first opened. Unfortunately, we will not be returning and telling others to avoid...
