Hello I just wanted to to tell anyone that is looking for a fire arm that this place is great the guys here are very knowledgeable and patient. I just purchased a riffle from them today. I stopped in last night to look and wound up purchasing the riffle the second I walked in i got greeted very nicely and the person that I got to speak to answered all my questions showed me few different riffles never pressured me to purchase when I got some filling out my paperwork I got told that the state has been taking awhile to get back with my nics check so I left and they called me first thing this morning and told me to come pick up my fire arm when I was ready when I got there they had me in and out great bunch of guys will never buy anywhere else again I'm also bringing my wife on this week she would like to ourcpurc a hand gun so thank you so much guys for all your help and can't wait to purchase my...

This place seems to get pretty decent reviews but I guess it was my luck. I was prepared to purchase a specific handgun from RTSP but a friend of mine told me to go here and see Art, the owner I believe. The guy I had wasn’t too welcoming, it actually come off as he didn’t want to help me or I was wasting his time. I then ask if he was Art, he told me no and when I mentioned I was ask to see him he told me “oh well, whatever” and brushed me off. A gentle at the computer in a room by the showroom started to talk to me who seemed really nice and the guy who was suppose to assist me just disappeared. I got in my car drove down to RTSP and bought it. Not even a single smile or even a welcome feeling from him and generally I’m not the one to complain but it scream why are you here. Very disappointed. Went there with the intention to buy a specific shotgun that I was researching for months. Gave the model # to the rep, who was having difficulties to wright it down correctly. No big deal. After checking availability, the rep comes back and verbaitim tells me that there are five models of this model and asking me which one I am interested in, and that every one is priced diffrently. He even showed me a blurry picture taken off the computer screen. I was not prepared to argue with the utter incompetence, and lost all the confidence, that I would end up with the right item if I was to place an order.
