Starbucks — Restaurant in Green Brook Township

The former reviews must be outdated or either this location has gone through great lengths to improve. We absolutely loved our experience visiting this location. So much so that I’ve visited other Starbucks before and have never been motivated to write a review after my experience however I was in awe at how swift and efficiently they were servicing people. I was a bit reluctant to go in seeing there were soo many people in the parking lot and then lined up for the drive through but to our surprise we were able to have our multi item order taken and received in well under 5 minutes. The manager (Terri I believe?) is exceptional. She was very kind and quick to ensure that myself and other guest were serviced well and if there were any issues I noted her deal with them directly herself while managing staff. She should be a lead in helping coordinate/train other managers across the board because what I saw yesterday was beyond beautiful to witness. Usually good, today was interesting?? I understand working in these types of conditions can be stressful, and I don’t want anyone to feel bad. BUT!! 3-4 guys working behind the counter, And there were very few customers and we still had to wait longer than usual. Anyways, I think they forgot to add the coffee into our frappes today. The drinks looked wrong right off the bat. They looked like pure milk, and we (my partner and I) couldn’t taste the coffee either. Mistakes happen, maybe even twice. But please remember to add coffee or at least the right amount. Focus on your job 👍 socialize with your fellow coworkers another time, not while you’re supposed to be making someone’s drinks. Idk maybe something else was going on back there. I’m just disappointed. Thanks for the flavored milk guys 🙏🏼 also there was a blonde-light brown hair in my raccoon cake pop bag but I’m not usually one to complain about hair in my food, it doesn’t gross me out much (still considered unsanitary and unprofessional) but this just goes to show how sad todays...

One think I noticed on my last visit, this Starbucks has an 'all day breakfast' menu that is right on top of the sandwich/drink case.

I think this is a great idea for this Starbucks as it makes it very easy to order and probably speeds up the line inside.

This location had a lot more indoor seating pre-pandemic if I remember correctly, Now it seems to have just one line of smaller tables spaced out from each other.

A few other things to be aware of.

This Starbucks has three small parking lots - they are very tight if you have a large vehicle. I have seen mini-traffic jams develop as cars are pulling in or out and trying to get to the drive through.

Located off a highway, this Starbucks can get busy as does the drive through.
