Terrible experience at this AT&T store. I was helped by the Assistant Manager, Dom. I just wanted to buy a new iPhone. He told me I needed to sign up for a phone plan and then after 60 days I could close my account and the iPhone would be unlocked. I asked if I could pay everything (the full price of the phone + 2 months of a service plan) up front. He said yes that's fine, he took my money, and it seemed we were all set. About a week later my account was suspended and I had a bill of $460. Turns out he took my money, put it in the store safe, but did not apply it towards my bill. He also added a second line for some reason that I did not ask for, and I was charged for that. He also lied about the cost of the monthly service plan, he told me it would be $45 per month, when in reality it ended up being $75. Over the last couple months it's been a nightmare trying to get these charges removed from my account, and of course nobody wants to help me. Dom gave me an incorrect purchase receipt that showed I payed him $978, when in reality I gave him $1278. In the end I realized my problem was never going to be resolved so I threw in the towel and ended up paying a $324 bill just so I could close my account and never have to deal with AT&T again. Read moreDo NOT go here. They screwed me over big time. Did a trade in program for my phone to get $800 installment credit. Well according to AT&T: My device was not eligible for the full $800, gave them the physical phone to read the IMEI My phone plan, was not changed, and was on an older plan that wouldn't have been eligible. At the time I asked for the credit and such in writing, and I should have known something was up when they stated "We don't give that in writing, you need to wait for the next billing cycle" Literally just like the AT&T commercials complete bait and switch, ie. fraud. Spent over 1 1/2 hours on the phone with AT&T, and still waiting to see if I am out $800. Yes, between this store and AT&T they lied... and its cost me $800. UPDATE: Sent email as requested in the owner reply. No response. (3+ weeks later still nothing) And this is not a CORPORATE store, they independent and just a reseller. Read moreI just had a beautiful experience with the new crew at the ATT store in Green Oaks/Brighton. This store used to be an ATT corporate location prior to November. I guess there was a major shake up in November whereas ATT closed a bunch of stores. A huge ATT exclusive Indirect retailer moved in about the same time--they actually bought up 84 other corporation locations recently. I was a little apprehensive coming into an indirect retailer for my phone upgrades but this exclusive retailer seemed to know its game. I couldn't tell that it wasn't a corporate location! The gentlemen whom helped me and my 86 year old mother was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of our needs. The store was very clean and covid protections were in place very well. If you've dealt with another "dealer" in the past and it wasn't favorable, try this store out...
