Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Green Oak Charter Township

I had been trying to find time to stop by the Brighton location for a few weeks. After experiencing a horrible visit to the Okemos location, I thought I should try Brighton. I'm so glad I did. I came in on 2 wheels 15 minutes before closing. When I walked in, I was greeted by a wonderful associate who asked what brought me in. I explained that I recently gained weight and knew I needed a bigger size. But I also acknowledged that it was closing time and I told her I would like to see the t shirt bras. She said it didn't matter that it was almost closing time and after further discussion, we decided I needed to be measured. I was right, I needed a bigger size. Which was frustrating but she was so nice. She asked another associate to take me to the fitting rooms and asked me to try one of their best sellers and also the tshirt bra. I apologized to the new associate since it was very close to closing time. She also assured me that it was fine. She helped me find a couple new bras and didn't rush me at all. It may sound silly, but their kindness and willingness to help me as they were closing for the day made me emotional. Let's face it, this is not the norm these days. And it certainly wasn't the norm for Okemos where I was ignored and the store was filthy. Thank you to the 2 wonderful associates who helped me Sunday at closing time. This was my 3rd Victoria Secret that I went to in the last 3 days. The first I was left in the fitting room and told what size I was, when the girl did not return I dressed and went and grabbed 2 bras in the size she said I was. I also wanted a specific bra that they did not have in the colors i wanted. The next day i went to a different VS store and i was never greeted so i found the bras i wanted in the color and size, i grabbed those and purchased. So, the bras i wanted when i got home, i put one on and when i sat down i got about a 2" gap at the top. I decided to take them back so, i put on one of the first bras i bought and went to Brighton VS to take back the others. They were very busy and when i walked in and they saw i had a bag a sales lady approached me right away and set me up immediately with someone in the fitting room. The lady came in and looked at the bra i had on and told me that it was a improper fit. She went thru several bras getting me the right fit. They returned the one I was wearing and also found 2 replacements for the 2 bras i was going to return. What a difference when someone knows what they are doing. I only wish I had their names, great sales people and experienced with fittings. Not to mention the store was packed and the lady in the fitting room had to come back about 8 times for me and never seemed frustrated. Great Job Ladies! I will only come to your store from here on out....

The workers in there give off a nice vibe at first and then whisper behind the counter, while looking at you. They also watch you like they are expecting you to steal. I was in there for about 20 minutes and the same two girls asked me about 10 times if I was ready to checkout. I also was bothered about deals and free things you can get by 3 different people. The same thing 3 times. I really think that management should change how they talk to people and how they communicate. I don’t need to hear about a deal 3 different times in the span in 5 minutes.
