My sister wanted a certain pair of shoes for christmas online because her shoe size is never found in stores. So i buy the shoes and when they come to my house they r the wrong shoe. I look on the receipt and they say the right shoe but the wrong ones delievered so i called and i talked to a woman who said she would let the warehouse know and send me the right pair but i have to buy them again and when she got the returned shoe she would refund the money. So i did and again sent me the wrong shoe and only refunded me $9.53 for a $22 pair of shoes. So i call again and the lady said she would refund the proper amount and that i shouldnt bother trying to buy the shoes cause there is an issue with the warehouse. Are u kidding me??? It was ridiculous AND i still didnt get my money back. I wish i could give them 0 stars. I got a gift card for xmas and i tried getting a pair of snow pants since i figure they cant take my money. They ended up being too small and i returned them in the mail and they gave me a $10 gift card back for a $22 snow pant. On the receipt says i may be charged a fee. But if u go online and read about it they say they charge u $9.99 to return. This company sycks. Never...
Read moreThey won’t let you return (with a receipt) that’s a year old. The cashier was rude. The manager lied and said the item wouldn’t show up in their system (without even checking). They also harass you about signing up for TJ max rewards and don’t take no for an answer. Not a...

She didn’t respond, didn’t smile and in fact walked in the complete opposite direction to proceed to hang and sort some clothes behind counter. She then sauntered back to assist me. Great customer experience seems to be lacking here. It was as if she was saying, “Nope, you’re still...
