At the end of November 2017, I had decided to propose to my fiance but I didn't know where to start when it came to engagement ring shopping. I had heard about the "big" jewelers such as Jared, Kay, etc., but to be blunt, I wasn't very impressed and excited about what I heard. A couple friends of mine had recently went engagement ring shopping and had worked with Brad Faigle of Faigle & Son Jewelers. They were both completely ecstatic over the experience they had had working with Brad and their fiance's were also very impressed. I was given Brad's contact information and I met with him at the store. I walked in, got instant recognition, was welcomed and introduced to Brad. From the beginning, I could tell that Brad's experience and professionalism would continue to impress me throughout the process. My fiance wanted a custom engagement ring (white gold band, sapphire stone, accompanying diamonds). Brad listened to me, asked my budget, explained to me my options and then told me that he would be in touch with me ASAP. Within a few days, Brad began reaching out to me with information regarding the research he had done. He asked me to come back in and take a look at the sapphire stone he picked out. He nailed it on the first follow-up meeting! A couple of weeks later we had ironed out the rest of the details and my fiance's engagement ring was all set. Needless to say, she was very impressed and blown away with the beauty of the ring. Also, I have to say that Brad was able to not only adhere to my budget limit but he managed to beat it, too!
Fast forward a few months and my fiance and I just bought our wedding bands from Brad, as well. We told Brad once what we needed and then we came in, tried them on and they fit perfectly. Another point to make is that Brad had already begun planning for my fiance's wedding band when I got the engagement ring so that everything would match up without a hitch.
I would definitely do business with Brad and Faigle & Son Jewelers! They definitely have my...
Read moreThis jewelry store is unequivocally the least professional, and least attentive jewelry store I have ever been to. My girlfriend and I went in to try on engagement rings over a month ago. After an okay enough time Brad and his cousin (I can't recall her name), I inquired about a watch I brought for a repair estimate. It took three and a half weeks to hear back about a quote, and with ALL communication having to be initiated by myself. Even though multiple people at the store had my phone number. I ultimately decided to just pick my watch up without repair. It took another week for my watch to appear in store to be available to pick up. Absolutely do not do business at this place. I was intending, and hopeful, to establish a long connection for luxury watches for myself and jewelry for my future fiancé. This place will not be it. They will not receive any of my money, and should not receive yours either. They are...
Read moreThree days after giving birth, I thought it was a good idea to try and shove my wedding ring back onto my finger. Within minutes I knew I made a big mistake. I swelled so bad I knew it had to be cut off my finger. I called Brad at Faigles and he told me to come in and he’d take a look. He told me in order to get it off my finger he would have to cut it in two places as not compromise the integrity of the ring. He swore to me he could fix the ring like new when I was ready to come back. It’s been three months and I finally went back to get it resized and fixed and I am just amazed at how beautiful the ring turned out!!! You would NEVER know it had been cut!! It’s just as perfect as the day I got it!!! I’m so thankful for Brad and the entire staff at Faigles! I totally trust them over any jeweler in the Cincinnati area!!!!!...
