Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Green Township

I really wish this spot would get new management or something. My family and I really enjoy Chipotle overall, but this specific location is always a disaster. Probably been like this for a year. It's the closest one where we live so we try it out about 1x every 2 or 3 months to see if anything has improved and it seems like it just gets worse, to the point I'm writing this review. Usually Chipotle is pretty clean, up beat, easy going, and overall welcoming and a fine place to sit down and grab lunch with a friend or co worker and enjoy your time there knowing your getting high quality food for a fair price. This place is the opposite of that it's visually dirty and scattered just doesn't look inviting. Most of the employees aren't pleasant to deal with, the food is not of Chipotle standard that I've been used to for years. They are usually out of something like guacamole or chicken or tortillas just something that is a common item that goes with most of the meals almost as if they are trying to get people to leave. The portions are pathetic but in fairness I have had this issue at other Chipotles but not to this extent, last time we were there our rice was hard and didn't taste fresh at all. Another thing I love about Chipotle is the fresh lemonades and at this specific location I haven't seen it available for months. This might be the first or 2nd time I've left a negative comment on Google reviews, but I do it out of love for the brand, I really like it and would love to see this place get turned around and get back to being a nice place you can depend on for...

I love Chipotle however I will never come back to this store. 1st of all it is all kids working in here at night time and they all act like it. A situation happened and I called back up to the store. The kid that said they were a manager got on hlthe phone I told them the situation and the kid begin to laugh. I asked him was he laughing he said no sir hahahahaha I am not laughing at you hahahahahahahahaha. So I asked who are you laughing at while we are in a conversation he said the people in the background that is not professional. Then prompt me to drive to the store that was the closes to my house for the 2nd store to tell me that they can't provide me with the food that was compromised since we had bought it feom a different store. The kid manager told me to go to a closes store to my house he would call the store. Info feom above that was not accurate. Then when I called the store back again the kid manager laughed again when I told him that store denied my request said that the other store manager said that he did not call the kid laughed and hung up. So it was in my best interest not to ever step foot in the Chipotle on Harrison Ave. In Dent Ohio. Normally, I have great experiences with this chipotle, but I was very unhappy with the service they provided today. I ordered through the mobile app, which I normally do, and when I get there my order isn't ready. That should of been my first sign that something was wrong because there was only one guy working the mobile station and he was talking to some of his friends therefore not completing the order. Then I went up to ask if my order was being made and he hadn't even started it yet so I figured maybe they were busy so I waited.....and watch as he made the order so sloppy and carelessly! He forgot the rice in one of my bowls, the meat in the other, my one bowl had only rice and cheese, he didn't give me any of the sides or the chips! So I went up and asked about the things that I was missing and he attempted to put it together but he did it so lazily!!! He ran out of steak and instead of getting more to put it in the bowl that had no steak.....he put 4 pieces on top and called it the day! They had also ran out of salsa and didn't think mention that when he was making my order as well! I was seriously disappointed in the service today at this chipotle and I'm not sure if I will be able to go back...
