I went here for covience but customer service is poor. When you have customers in a certain area like sephora .Associates should always make customer feel welcomed. I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I was clearly looking something .The two associated stood behind the counter having conversations amongst each other . I rather go the tylerville location atheist they acknowledge their customers.
Update: I don't know why I even give this place the benefit of doubt. I returned to pick up a ugly christmas sweater for my son.I did an order pickup but it was taking so long I decided to just go to the store and see if I can find it myself.Associates is not helpful they don't know nothing. Everything I asked a question I'm they don't know or not sure. Everyone thst is working there is 60+ with bad attitudes. The cashier wasn't very helpful I asked could I use my Google pay she said yes but the system kept canceling the transaction. She like I don't know to much about that instead of calling for assistance. She told me I could runt o the car to grab my payment card.I did was only at my car for about 1 minutes and took my item ou the bag and tossed it the counter like i wasnt coming back.If I was a secret shopper wouldn't pass the test.SMH
Never again I go to this location for convince but I just go to the tylerville location like...
Read moreI only came to this store because I needed to have an item I purchased from Amazon returned and this Kohls has a drop-off area for returns to Amazon that you don't have to repackage or print a return label for and they are open later than most UPS drop off locations. When I walked into Kohl's about an hour before they close, I saw no other customers anywhere, and the 3 employees I saw were standing around talking to one other in one of the check out lanes. The older female cashier seemed very annoyed when I asked where the Amazon drop-off center was located, but she did direct me on where to go. The younger male employee made sure to ask if he could help me and walked me to the Amazon desk, the whole time being very friendly and that was very much appreciated as I'd never been to this store before.
I was very pleasantly surprised at the very pleasant, energetic, and bright young woman who was working the Amazon area by herself. She was incredibly engaging in her conversation with me and she made sure everything I needed was quickly addressed. I didn't have to do a thing except for hand her my item I wanted to return and give her my Amazon return authorization code, and she quickly took care of the rest while keeping me entertained with her great attitude. Keep up the excellent...
Read moreI haven't shopped inside this Kohl's for a while. It is definitely not like it used to be. Not fond of the remodel of the check out area. Not sure what it is. I just do not like the look of it. 🤔 Also I don't like that if you order online for pick up there is no curbside pickup and they completely closed down the left side doors so if you park on the left side of the lot you must walk to the right side to get in. Curbside used to be great for someone like me a bit older and with knee issues. Having to walk inside and with only one set of doors that are not central to the parking area makes it difficult. Also, If you order online and it isn't self pickup, you have to wait in the line to ask a cashier to get your order. There's no dedicated customer service desk anymore. That I could tell anyway. Also, while shopping, there is no where to sit/rest. I'm usually in there for more than an hour looking for deals and could use sitting for a moment to rest my knees. COVID is over. Can we please have a few benches for elderly or special needs customers? I give 3 stars because I can still get great deals here and customer service, other than the long wait to get my pickup order, was friendly...
